Who is it for?
It is built for independent food truck owners and small food service operators who want to understand their numbers without a full accounting team. If you run one truck or a small fleet and want to know which menu items are paying off, GriddleMath is for you.
How does GriddleMath figure out my food costs?
You enter your ingredients and their costs once, then build recipes for each menu item from those ingredients. GriddleMath calculates the cost of every menu item from its recipe, so when ingredient prices change your margins update automatically.
Does it connect to my point-of-sale system?
Yes. GriddleMath connects to Square so your sales flow in automatically and get matched to your menu items. You can also import sales data manually if you prefer. Either way, your revenue is lined up against your recipe costs without re-keying anything.
What is a booking?
A booking is a single shift or outing — a festival, a lunch rush, or a catering gig. GriddleMath groups your sales and costs by booking so you can see how each one performed and compare them over time.
Can I manage more than one truck?
Yes. You can set up multiple trucks under one organization and track menus, bookings, and results for each, while still seeing the bigger picture across your whole operation.
What kind of recommendations does it give?
Based on your costs and sales, GriddleMath highlights which menu items earn the most, which are dragging down your margins, and where small price or recipe changes could add up. The recommendations are there to inform your decisions — you stay in control of your menu.
Is my data private?
You own the data you enter, including menus, recipes, ingredient costs, and sales records. We only use it to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
